At COEUR DE LION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
